Developing is something you do individually and together. Based on the needs and requirements of the organisation, the team and the individual. Team success depends on knowledge, skills and certainly team spirit. The motivating aspect of a team, really makes the difference.
In our team programs we are consciously looking for the balance between developing skills and developing team spirit. Different skills and knowledge areas can be the point of focus. For example; giving and receiving feedback, customer coaching, de-escalating conversations, ownership and generation differences. When team spirit is hard to be found, we develop programs that enable a new and fresh start of cooperation.
