“From abstract concept to concrete actions”
Organisational change is only successful when it reaches all layers of an organisation. Strategic change should lead to tactical decisions and certainly to specific operational actions. Coming up with the big idea is often not the hardest part; translating this idea to specific (and desired) actions usually is. This is the strength of Fresh Habits! We create broad support and urgency. We use transparency, involvement and experiencing in doing so. Transparency requires the willingness to show vulnerability, which accelerates the way to result. Involvement is required because the people in the organisation often really know what’s best. When it comes to experiencing, we lean on our vision: changing = knowing + experiencing. We ensure that everyone experiences why change is required and how the world will look post-change.
